These terms apply to your use of this website and to every ebook you buy from us. Last updated: 15 September 2026.

1. Who we are

This website, mavexa-consulting.com, is operated by MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States (“Mavexa”, “we”, “us”). Registered address: 1380 Avenida Rincon, Apt 304, Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States. Email: contact@mavexa-consulting.com.

By using this website or buying an ebook, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy from us.

2. Our products

We sell digital ebooks in PDF format (“ebooks”). Each ebook is a complete, standalone digital publication. Product pages describe each ebook’s content, format, page count and price.

No consulting, advisory, coaching, mentoring, account management, done-for-you work, calls, audits, memberships, community access or any other human service is sold on this website or included with any purchase. Buying an ebook does not create a client, advisory or professional relationship between you and MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC.

3. Orders and payment

MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC is the seller of all products on this website. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, and we never see or store your full card details.

  • Your contract for the ebook is with MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC. Our third-party payment processor handles the payment transaction under its own terms, and we do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and are a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. The final total is shown before you confirm payment.
  • A receipt is emailed to you after payment. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Delivery

Ebooks are delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Download links stay active for 30 days and up to 10 downloads per ebook. Nothing is shipped. Full details are in the Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. How to request one, and what happens next, is set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Your licence to use the ebook

When you buy an ebook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print one copy for your own use, and to apply its contents within a single business that you own or work for. One purchase covers one reader.

You may not:

  • resell, sub-license, rent, lend, share, publish or distribute the ebook, in whole or in part;
  • upload it to file-sharing sites, torrent networks, content libraries, shared drives open to others, or public repositories;
  • sell it under resale, master-resale or private-label rights, or claim authorship of it;
  • copy it into a paid or free course, newsletter, membership or other product;
  • remove copyright notices, or use the ebook to train machine-learning or AI systems.

Short quotations for review or commentary are allowed with clear credit to MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC. If you breach this licence, it ends automatically and we may deactivate your download links.

7. Intellectual property

The ebooks, this website and all their text, designs, graphics, worksheets, templates and logos belong to MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Apart from the licence in section 6, no rights are granted to you. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned in the ebooks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Educational content, no professional advice

The ebooks and this website are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, securities, insurance or medical advice. Laws, platform policies and technical standards differ by jurisdiction and change over time. Consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction before acting.

We make no promise or guarantee that reading or applying an ebook will produce any particular result, including any level of revenue, profit, traffic, conversion or funding. Figures and examples in the ebooks are illustrative reference points, not forecasts or typical results. See the Disclaimer.

9. Accuracy and changes

We work to keep the ebooks accurate as of their stated edition, but benchmarks, laws and platform rules change. We may update product descriptions, prices and the content of future editions at any time. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.

10. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, sharing download links publicly or using it for unlawful purposes.

11. Limitation of liability

The ebooks are supplied “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC and its members, officers and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the ebooks or this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to an ebook is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its “last updated” date, applies to purchases made from that date. The terms in force when you bought an ebook continue to govern that purchase.
