Buying
What exactly am I buying?
A digital ebook in PDF format. Each title is a complete, standalone publication that you download right after payment. No physical item is shipped, and no service is included.
How do I pay?
Click Buy now on any ebook page. You are taken to a secure, encrypted checkout page run by our third-party payment processor, where you can pay with any card or payment method shown there. We never see or store your full card details.
What currency are prices in? Will I pay tax?
Prices are listed in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount. Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. The total is always shown before you pay.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each ebook is a one-time payment. You will not be charged again.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
Yes. A receipt is emailed right after purchase. For an invoice with your company name, address or tax ID, email contact@mavexa-consulting.com with your order reference and the details to include.
What will appear on my bank statement?
The charge appears as MAVEXA or a close variation, depending on your bank.
Delivery and downloads
When do I receive my ebook?
Right away. Once your payment is confirmed, the download button appears on screen, usually within a few seconds. We also email you a download link.
I did not receive the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, write to contact@mavexa-consulting.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will send a new link, normally within 2 business days.
How long does my download link work?
For 30 days from purchase, for up to 10 downloads. Save the PDF to your device once you have it. If your link expires, contact us with your order details and we will send a new one.
Which devices can I read it on?
Any device that opens PDF files: computers, tablets, phones and e-readers that support PDF. Worksheet pages are A4 and print well.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for the details.
How do I request a refund?
Email contact@mavexa-consulting.com with your order reference or the email address you used at checkout, or simply reply to your purchase receipt. You do not need to give a reason.
How long does a refund take?
We process refund requests within 2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method and usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Licence and content
Can I share the ebook with my team?
Each purchase is a licence for one reader, for use in a single business. If several colleagues will use the book, please buy one copy for each. Sharing the file publicly, reselling it or giving it away is not permitted. See the Terms & Conditions.
Does buying an ebook include consulting or coaching?
No. The ebooks are standalone digital publications. No consulting, advisory, coaching, calls, audits, memberships or community access are sold on this website or included with any purchase.
Is the content legal, tax or financial advice?
No. The ebooks are general educational material. Speak with a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction before acting on legal, tax, financial or investment matters. See the Disclaimer.
Do the ebooks promise results?
No. Business results depend on your market, execution and many other factors. Figures in the books are credited reference points, not forecasts or guarantees.
