Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

Every product on this website is a digital ebook in PDF format. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping costs, shipping times or customs charges.

2. When and how you receive it

• On screen: once your payment is confirmed, the confirmation page shows a download button for each ebook you bought. This usually takes a few seconds.
• By email: we also send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout.
• Receipt: your payment receipt is emailed to you separately by our third-party payment processor.

3. Download limits

Each download link works for 30 days from purchase, for up to 10 downloads per ebook. We recommend saving the PDF to your device and a backup location as soon as you download it.

4. If you did not receive your ebook

1. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
2. Make sure the payment was completed. You should have a payment receipt by email.
3. Email contact@mavexa-consulting.com with the email address you used at checkout, or your order reference. We will send a new link within 2 business days.

If your link has expired or reached its download limit, contact us and we will issue a new one.

5. Availability

Ebooks can be bought from any country where our payment processor can accept payments. Orders from certain sanctioned countries and regions cannot be accepted, as required by law.

6. Technical requirements

You need a device that can open PDF files, such as a computer, tablet, phone or e-reader with PDF support. Free PDF readers are available for all major operating systems.
