Refund Policy

1. How to request a refund

Within 14 days of your purchase date, use whichever option is easiest:

1. Email contact@mavexa-consulting.com with your order reference, or the email address you used at checkout.
2. Reply to the purchase receipt you received by email.

You do not need to give a reason.

2. How refunds are processed

We confirm refund requests within 2 business days. The full amount you paid, including any sales tax or VAT, is returned to your original payment method through our third-party payment processor. Depending on your bank or card provider, it usually appears within 5–10 business days.

3. What happens to the ebook

When a refund is issued, the licence for that ebook ends and its download links are deactivated. Please delete any copies you downloaded.

4. Faulty or incorrect files

If a file will not open, is damaged, or is not the ebook you ordered, contact us at any time, including after 14 days. We will send a working copy, or a full refund if we cannot fix the problem.

5. Subscriptions

We do not sell subscriptions. Every ebook is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again.

6. Before opening a card dispute

If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us first. A refund requested from us is usually faster than a dispute raised with your bank.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
