1. Who is responsible for your data
MAVEXA CONSULTING LLC (“we”, “us”), 1380 Avenida Rincon, Apt 304, Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact: contact@mavexa-consulting.com.
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. It acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects at checkout, under its own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
3. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
- Contract: delivering the ebook you bought and supporting your order.
- Legitimate interests: answering enquiries, preventing fraud and misuse of download links, and securing the website.
- Legal obligation: keeping records required for tax and accounting.
4. Who we share data with
- Our third-party payment processor: checkout, payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Hostinger: hosts this website and our email.
- Authorities or advisers: when required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We set one strictly necessary session cookie when you use the contact form, to protect it against forged submissions. When you go to checkout, you move to a secure page run by our third-party payment processor, which may set the cookies it needs to process payment and prevent fraud, under its own policies.
6. How long we keep data
- Order and download records: for as long as needed to provide downloads and support, and then as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically up to 7 years).
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you live in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information.

9. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Order records and ebook files are kept in a protected area of the server that the public cannot reach, and download links use long random tokens that expire. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Children
This website and our ebooks are intended for adults running or working in businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
